Vishalini’s Superpower: Product, Engineering, Yoga, Painting, Dance, Board Games, Hiking - and now Entrepreneurship, can switch gears multiple times a day and is always learning.

Vishalini believes in creating simple yet beautiful tech products for the global audience. She wants to create a WOW product for her fellow software engineers and believes technology can help technologists become more productive. Her vision for Zipy is to make the best use of our most precious resource - TIME, by helping software teams to focus on customer experience in a smart way and solve customer code issues faster. She is a graduate of IIT Roorkee and has done her Masters from Illinois Institute of Technology.

Prior to Zipy, Vishalini has been an integral part of the MindTickle unicorn journey and has mentored multiple startups in edtech, healthcare and ecommerce domains in their Product Strategy. She is a trained yoga teacher and an almost accidental figurative artist before her tech calling pulled her into entrepreneurship.

On any given day, you’ll find Karthik constantly juggling between product, design and growth initiatives at Zipy. He drives the product vision of the company while trying to wrap his head around a constant influx of user feedback. He’s an alumnus of IIT Guwahati, having majored in Human Computer Interaction and Usability Engineering.

Prior to Zipy, Karthik was part of the success story of MindTickle, a unicorn startup from India in Sales Readiness space. Before that, he co-founded a startup in Film and Creative Media industry. Having led product and design teams at various technology startups, he also runs a film production house called ‘Adwhyta', operating in the genres of travel, adventure, drama and documentary. He has spoken at several prestigious public forums like TEDx and is known for his DIY approach to everything. Being a product person, a filmmaker and a classically trained carnatic musician gives him a unique edge in everything he does, as he understands both the creative as well as the technical.

Anchal’s Superpower: Mind Reader with the ability to understand various stakeholders’ needs effectively.

Anchal leads engineering initiatives at Zipy and helps drive the technical vision of the company. She is an alumnus of IIT-Roorkee with a degree in Computer Science and Technology. She began her career with a startup at MindTree and participated in its journey to immense success and achievements through the years. She has been part of several high-performance teams globally with a rich experience in various technologies and operational models.

Anchal is an outgoing and creative person with avid interests in art, music and dance. She also loves to travel and explore landscapes around the globe through both natural and artificial lenses. Anchal's holistic experience across domains and technologies, a never-give-up attitude and a strong intellect make her the perfect leader who can balance people, technology and business needs to deliver quality solutions @speed.

Dhaval’s Superpower: The Minimalist capable of working from anywhere - be it a Chadar trek or an auto rickshaw.

Problem solving through data science is Dhaval’s passion and at Zipy he believes data would be the key to building a path breaking solution for engineers as he himself is a hands-on engineer. He is part of multiple strategic decisions ranging from growth hacking to database design. He has worked with companies like Embibe, InMobi and Pubmatic and been a serial entrepreneur. Dhaval has a Masters from IIT Mumbai and Bachelors from Nirma Institute of Technology.

Dhaval believes that the way to solving the optimal human living problem is to possess the minimum. He owns less but values the richness of experiences, so he can be found doing workations from any part of the country.

Bharath - our committed Business Analyst who weaves together the threads of product, sales, and marketing. On any regular day, he skillfully leads the team with his splash of creativity and a strong dose of decisiveness. In addition to scale Zipy, he also dives into making our customers happier. He’s a proud graduate of VIT Vellore, having majored in Computer Applications.

Before joining Zipy, Bharath worked as a Software Trainee at eTutoWorld Corporations, followed by a role as a Subject Matter Expert at Six Red Marbles. He joined Zipy as a Technical Support Engineer and later progressed to become a Business Analyst, gathering a substantial experience of over 4.5 years along this journey. He’s an individual captivated by cars with an extensive collection of hot wheels.

Sandesh, our brilliant frontend engineer and Webflow artist, tackles technical puzzles with an innovative twist, treating them as real-world challenges. He approaches problems with different perspectives, seeking the most practically correct solution.

As a proud graduate of Manipal University, he majored in Computer and Communication Engineering. More than just a programmer, he's also a pro-gamer with an astonishing 7000+ hour game time under his belt. Challenge him in any field, and he'll meet you head-on, guns blazing.

Beyond the tech realm, he's a photographer capturing moments, a cricket enthusiast cheering for sixes, and a Tabla player drumming to his own beat. And when the night sky beckons, he's all ears – intrigued by the mysteries of stars, black holes, and galaxies.

Amey’s Superpower: Combining tech know-how with a deep passion for building bonds and creating lasting memories.

Motivated by a desire to give back, Amey is always on the lookout for ways to make a difference, both in his job and personal life. A Computer Science Engineering aficionado, and with vast experience in Customer Success, he views challenges as opportunities to further refine and elevate customer experiences. Having navigated the terrains of several startups, collaborating intensely with Product and Engineering teams, Amey's professional journey mirrors his personal ethos.

Beyond his job, Amey loves the thrill of the open road. A keen cyclist, he's traveled from Pune to Kanyakumari on his bike and hopes to cycle along the entire border of India someday. What’s more, his journey of transitioning from mechanical gears to becoming a proficient developer is a testament to his self-taught and hard-earned skill.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, his diverse background adds a unique layer to our team’s capabilities. Beyond technology, he’s a photographer capturing moments, a movie buff, and a tabla player who loves drumming to his own beat.
